The Miss Morton Scholarship Pageant has been redesigned with you in mind. The Pageant is open to Morton Residents ages 16-19 (as of Sept. 9, 2012) who will compete in a variety of categories: interview, talent, passion/community involvement, and platform.
The crowned Miss Morton will receive a $2000 scholarship and will have an active role in the Morton Pumpkin Festival events (specifically the vine cutting at the opening ceremony of the Pumpkin Festival and ride in the parade) and participate in a variety of community events during her one year reign.
Contestants are required to secure $200 in sponsorships.
